Freight Dispatch Company: a custom dispatch management system
A freight dispatch company manages loads, trucks and drivers for a growing network of motor carriers. Its operation ran on spreadsheets, email threads and manual invoicing. Delivered loads sat un-invoiced and dispatcher commissions were calculated by hand. Foundation built a custom dispatch management system, a highly customized TMS that runs the business in one role-aware system. Uploaded rate confirmations pre-fill loads automatically. No delivered load reaches billing without its POD or BOL. Every load produces both a carrier-to-broker invoice and a dispatch-fee invoice as branded PDFs with hosted payment links, and the totals stay in sync when rates change. Per-truck commission splits drive dispatcher payroll. Carriers get their own portal, and leadership gets a live executive dashboard. The platform now scales with new carriers and dispatchers without added administrative headcount.
