Refrigerated LTL Freight Broker: a white-label broker TMS

A licensed refrigerated LTL freight broker was running on a basic TMS, email threads, personal cell phones and hand-keyed QuickBooks entry. Foundation delivered a white-label Foundation Broker install with extensive custom development. Loads roll into multi-stop manifests. Carriers onboard digitally, and the system blocks any load from going to a carrier with expired insurance. A customer-branded driver app for iOS and Android logs arrivals automatically by geofence and captures clean, billable PODs. Approved paperwork is checked against ordered case and pallet counts, then pushed to QuickBooks Online as an itemized invoice. Calls and texts with drivers live inside each manifest. The system runs across web, iOS and Android, and the whole brokerage now runs in one system.
